Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Transformation Leader to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving highstakes transformational projects in our Domain Platforms unit embedding AI and technology solutions and monetizing data within the Health Care and Life Sciences sectors. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building our domain platforms transformation unit and will provide leadership and coordination to the resources assigned to each project. This position does not have direct reports but requires a strategic leader capable of identifying structuring and guiding complex projects to successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive AI and Data Monetization Initiatives: Lead the development and implementation of AIdriven solutions and data monetization strategies to transform platform financial performance and enhance value creation.
- Project Leadership and Coordination: Structure manage and coordinate highstakes transformational projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective resource utilization.
- Build and Develop Transformation Unit: contribute to establishing and growing the Domain Platforms Transformation unit focusing on identifying and capitalizing on transformation opportunities within our Health Care and Life Sciences platforms.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders including senior management department heads and crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless project and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve financial results and leverage data for operational excellence and competitive advantage.
- Innovation and Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in transformation activities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Business Administration or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in AI data analytics or project management are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in driving transformational initiatives with a strong focus on technology analytics and data monetization. Proven track record in the Health Care and Life Sciences sectors is highly desirable.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate crossfunctional teams and manage complex projects with high stakes and tight deadlines.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational goals and drive transformation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to navigate and address challenges in a dynamic environment.
- Change Management: Experience in managing change and driving adoption of new technologies and processes within an organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Consulting experience leading complex projects and interacting with senior executives
- Advanced degrees or certifications in business AI data analytics or project management.
- Experience in Health Care and Life Sciences transformation projects.
- Proven track record of successfully monetizing data and embedding analytic solutions in business operations.
Location
This position is based in India and may require occasional travel to client and company sites and industry events.
