Job Description
We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a 13week temporary position starting in July to support our acute and residential psychiatric care patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in clinical rounds and provide medication management recommendations.
- Educate medical staff patients and families on medication use.
- Review medication profiles and make care improvement recommendations.
- Ensure accurate dispensing of all medications including controlled substances.
- Support inventory control purchasing and pharmacy operations.
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and pharmacy policies.
Qualifications:
- PharmD or equivalent with clinical pharmacy experience.
- PGY2 Residency preferred or documented experience in a specialty pharmacy area.
- BCPP certification (or willingness to achieve within the first year).
- Registered pharmacist in Montana (must meet CE requirements).
