Mandatory skills:
- Total 13 Years of experience
- Understanding of Incident Management a basic understanding of change management working in 24X7 environment
- Excellent Communication and Documentation skills
- Good command and control over the conference calls. Ability to lead the calls with cross functional teams.
- ITIL knowledge and certification (Preferred)
- Basic troubleshooting skills and IT terminology
- Hands on experience on CRM tools like Service Now/Remedy et al.
- 24*7 rotational shift Monthly/quarterly
- Excellent communication skills
