Job Description
Staff Management Group is seeking a Warehouse Labeling Associate for our client in Washington Twp NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift
- Monday to Thursday: 7AM 3:30PM & Friday: 6AM 2:30PM
Pay Rate:
- $17 / hour
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Labeling Associate is responsible for generating product labels using BarTender software while assisting with warehouse tasks such as picking and packing orders. This role requires multitasking between office and warehouse duties and demands strong computer skills and bilingual communication abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate labels using BarTender software to ensure accurate product identification.
- Input data into software programs like BarTender Excel and Word.
- Assist with warehouse tasks including picking and packing orders to meet shipment deadlines.
- Organize and label products efficiently to maintain warehouse order.
- Communicate effectively via email and other communication platforms.
- Switch between office and warehouse responsibilities as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- MUST be bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Proficient in computer skills including BarTender Excel and Word.
- Strong ability to read write and understand English.
- Selfmotivated and able to work in a fastpaced production warehouse setting.
- Willingness to multitask and handle both office and warehouse responsibilities.
- Good communication skills for email correspondence and team interactions.
