Responsibilities
What does a Full Time Staff Accountant do
- New/Used vehicle titling
- Proper billing of vehicle deals
- Calculating profits accounting for receivables/payables
- Calculating of commissions
- Reporting delivery information
- Claiming incentives or other factory programs
- Maintaining managing and organization of new/used inventory documents
- Maintaining managing and organization of rental fleet
- Scanning of all necessary documents to secure server via DMS
- Monday Friday 7:00am 3:30pm
Qualifications
- Understanding of State of Minnesota DVS program and other State registration
- State of MN titling training and continuing education provided
- Must be a team player
- Must be reliable and on time
- Exceptional ability to learn and grow
- Amazing work ethic
- Detail oriented
- Ability to learn from veteran staff
- Outstanding ability to work with a team and take direction
- Ability and willingness to adopt modern technology and embrace additional duties
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in use of basic computer and phone systems
- Ability to bend move lift and physically perform duties in the scope of this position.
The position requires at least 3 years of experience in the accounting field knowledge of general accounting aspects intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and Word. 2 year degree in accounting or related experience is preferred.

- Be prepared to work approximately 40 hours per week
- Team players only! You will work with multiple departments and many different people.
- Know your work makes a difference! All systems rely on accurate information and that starts and finishes with you.
- You will have support! We have a veteran staff to teach and assist.
- You may be asked to perform other duties. With additional responsibilities comes additional pay.
- Must be adaptive to and embrace change
- Core understanding of Excel and accounting are essential.
- Some physical work will be necessary. Transporting documents and files and occasionally bankers boxes of files.
