Position Overview:
As an Aloha Ambassador/Crew Member youll bring the Aloha spirit to life by providing exceptional customer service. But thats not all we believe in crosstraining our team members to have a diverse set of skills. Youll have the opportunity to learn and grow by working in different positions within our restaurant. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a big smile and genuine Aloha.
- Make each customers experience exceptional by listening to their needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Keep the positive vibes flowing and create a harmonious atmosphere for guests and teammates.
- Get involved in community initiatives that bring people together and make a difference.
- Work as a team to keep operations running smooth and clean and ensure guests have a fantastic time.
- Utility roles may include (but are not limited to): Dish Dole WhipService Line Food Prep LinebackerBagger and Grill Cook responsible for preparing high quality food in a safe manner and cleaning/sanitizing items used in food preparation to prevent contamination.
