EMC Consultant
Aversan Inc.www.aversan is a trusted multiservice engineering and electronics manufacturing company. Aversan delivers leadingedge and reliable safetycritical electronics and software systems to the aerospace defence and space industries.
We are currently seeking a qualified EMC Consultant. The EMC Consultant would assess analyze and improve product designs for compliance with global EMC standards ensuring regulatory approval and optimal performance.
Location: Ottawa ON
Job Type: Onsite
Responsibilities
- Review product designs for compliance with standards (EN 55032 CISPR 32 FCC 47 CFR Part 15 ICES003.
- Analyze schematics PCB layouts stackup configurations and mechanical designs.
- Conduct EMC simulations at schematic PCBA and system levels 10GHz26GHz).
- Collaborate with design and regulatory EMC teams to mitigate risks and optimize designs.
Basic Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of EMC regulations and compliance requirements.
- Expertise in EMC design analysis (schematic and PCB layout).
- Proficiency with EMC simulation tools and the ability to deliver quick actionable results.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
