Job Description
Our client a fastexpanding healthcare organization is looking for a seasoned AR Billing Manager to join their team in Lakewood. This role involves managing and guiding the AR team assisting supervisors and billers and ensuring efficient accurate billing processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and experience with PCC (PointClickCare) software.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the AR team including supervisors and billing staff.
- Oversee all billing and accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide support guidance and training to supervisors and billing team members.
- Identify and implement improvements in billing workflows to enhance productivity and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an AR Billing Manager in a healthcare setting.
- Extensive knowledge of PCC (PointClickCare) software.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Indepth understanding of healthcare billing processes and regulations.
Location: Lakewood NJ
Salary: $150k $175k
