Job Description Associate Manager Payment Operations
Active involvement in Designing new processes revamp/ optimisation of existing processes toaccount for changes in Product/ Regulations or other factors impacting the process.
Collaborate effectively with different teams within PhonePe key external entitiesPartners /service providers to ensure smooth of processes so as to achieve desired service levels
Managing operational tasks by gaining relevant context for driving conversations with crossfunctional teams including tech product and business teams.
Set up scalable SOPs for any business operational tasks and actualise them diligently.Simultaneously to work on building automation possibilities for the processes & implement them.
Ensure timely reconciliation of transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
Manage performance metrics and drive improvements in transaction success rates and TATs.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Product Finance BizFin Accounting TechTeam Customer/Merchant Support and others to ensure operational efficiency and improve theoverall user experience.
Tracking implementation of different projects by our partner banks and helping prioritize adoptionfrom banks as per our plans.
Monitoring and reporting daily performance of the categories. Identifying areas of improvementand collaborating with internal/external teams to ensure enhancements are executed on time.
Responsible for defining developing and communicating key metrics and business trends topartner and management teams
Required to monitor the process regularly and take proactive steps to address factorsthat may impact the process
Identifying issues & lead process streamlining as & when required. Assigns appropriate work andholds Operations analysts accountable for performance.
Requirements:
Minimum work experience of 45 years in the operations/payment industry
Driving personality with an attitude of constantly pushing towards clarity and outcome whilebalancing the need for a great collaboration.
Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate for one's requirements
Advanced knowledge of Excel and basic knowledge of SQL
Qualifications B.Tech/MBA preferred
