Job Description

Our Government client is looking for a Change Manager who will coordinate activities and communication in order to ensure project objectives are met and sustained. They focus on the people aspect of change including changes to business processes tools and technology job roles and organisation structures.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change plans to support user transition and acceptance of new IT capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address resistance build consensus and achieve buyin for change initiatives.
  • Provide leadership in driving cultural and behavioural change to align with project goals.

Location and Contract Term

The preferred location is ACT Canberra. 12 months contracts with 2 X 12 months extensions

Security Requirements

All candidates must have a Positive Vetting (TSPV)
