Vacancy: SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Staines TW18
Salary: OTE 35k
Position: Permanent Full Time
We are looking for a passionate Property Negotiator to join the Residential Sales and Lettings team at this highly successful independent & awardwinning Estate Agency based in the Staines area.
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in Lettings and Sales however if you have experience in just one of these fields you will be also be considered providing you can demonstrate energy enthusiasm a desire to learn and the right attitude to work.
The company will consider a range of experience levels but as a minimum you should have at least 1 years experience in residential sales and/or lettings. You should be smart wellpresented articulate and persuasive and have the drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating earning opportunities.

Skills required for this Sales & Lettings Negotiator (Residential Lettings) role will include:
- Experienced in Residential Lettings and/or Sales
- Excellent selling ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of the Staines area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
