Overview:We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of accounts and providing exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of accounts including self and level ranging from 2 to 1000 lives
- Work with carriers such as Anthem United Cigna Etna Guardian Hartford and Metlife
- Engage in clientfacing activities and presentations
- Service existing accounts and quote new/renewal business
- Utilize software such as Imageright Benefit Point and EPIC
- Collaborate with the Vice President and other team members to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- L&H license is required
- 27 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits and insurance industry
- Proficiency in Imageright Benefit Point and EPIC software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Strong time management adaptability critical thinking and motivation skills
Daytoday:The Employee Benefits Account Manager will be responsible for managing accounts engaging in clientfacing activities and collaborating with the Vice President and other team members to ensure client satisfaction. The role will involve utilizing various software and working with a range of accounts and carriers.
