Job Description

As an Accounts Payable Specialist Pcard Administrator you will support the processing of expenses in a timely manner ensuring all transactions adhere to company policy. This role includes communication with employees of all levels research inquiry and resolution of transactions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure all card transactions adheres to company policy.

  • Issue cancel reissue cards.

  • Handle fraud claims on cards.

  • Roll out communication and training for new employees on card platforms.

  • Monthly accruals

  • Send monthly reminders to field leaders of their outstanding reports.

  • Meet with Concur and Divvy representatives monthly to talk about enhancements.

  • Works with other Smart Care businesses to gather and analyze their current spend before moving to enterprise platform.

  • AdHoc projects.

  • Maintain vendor relationships and avoid credit holds.

  • Work with purchasing team and vendors to resolve disputes and payment issues.

  • Strive for personal and professional growth.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 Years in AP Accounting and/or Finance experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Experience with Concur and or Divvy Platforms.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with multiple levels of management and across functions.

  • Selfmotivated and both detail and process oriented.

  • Analytical and problemsolving skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel Word Access Outlook) workflow software and ad hoc reporting tools and databases.
