As an Accounts Payable Specialist Pcard Administrator you will support the processing of expenses in a timely manner ensuring all transactions adhere to company policy. This role includes communication with employees of all levels research inquiry and resolution of transactions.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure all card transactions adheres to company policy.
Issue cancel reissue cards.
Handle fraud claims on cards.
Roll out communication and training for new employees on card platforms.
Monthly accruals
Send monthly reminders to field leaders of their outstanding reports.
Meet with Concur and Divvy representatives monthly to talk about enhancements.
Works with other Smart Care businesses to gather and analyze their current spend before moving to enterprise platform.
AdHoc projects.
Maintain vendor relationships and avoid credit holds.
Work with purchasing team and vendors to resolve disputes and payment issues.
Strive for personal and professional growth.
Minimum Qualifications
2 Years in AP Accounting and/or Finance experience
Preferred Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience with Concur and or Divvy Platforms.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with multiple levels of management and across functions.
Selfmotivated and both detail and process oriented.
Analytical and problemsolving skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel Word Access Outlook) workflow software and ad hoc reporting tools and databases.
