Job Description
- Ability to give back to youth sports and make a difference in kids lives
- Bonus potential for outstanding performance
- Juanita High School (Sundays 4/27 to 6/15 except 5/25
- Field set up and breakdown for game day events
- Manage/supervise parttime staff members and volunteer coaches
- Supervise the overall operation of a venue including programs operating on schedule
- Demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
- Organize game day equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the venue
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication & organization skills
- Highly motivated selfstarter; can work independently & solve problems
- Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
- Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
- Ability to work Sundays for the full duration of the 7week season
- Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
