These are lowinterest loans that sellers can pass directly to buyers saving them up to 50 on their monthly payments compared to todays traditional mortgages. Our platform makes it easy for buyers to find homes with assumable mortgages and we guide them every step of the way.

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Content & Social Media Lead to manage the content planning creation story ideation and communication for Roams organic social channels (Meta TikTok LinkedIn YouTube X and Reddit). This role requires creativity strategic thinking and a strong grasp of social media trends.
Youll collaborate with internal teams and content creators to develop and execute engaging content that drives brand awareness and trust. Success in this role will require a keen eye for compelling and innovative content design passion for storytelling and a datadriven approach to experimentation and growth. Skills in shooting and editing video are a major plus.
This role is based in NYC and reports to Roams Head of Marketing.
What youll do
Strategize: Develop and execute the vision for Roams organic social media program leveraging data and insights to engage and grow our audience.
Create & Manage Content: Oversee the production of multichannel content (TikTok Meta LinkedIn Blog) ensuring a consistent brand voice and engaging storytelling.
Synthesize & Write: Guide creators and partners through succinct creative briefs and communicate complex topics in clear language tailored for different audiences.
Collaborate: Work crossfunctionally with marketing sales product design and agency partners to align content with new product launches campaigns sales motions etc.
Monitor: Keep a daily pulse on macroeconomic real estate and mortgage category trends and leverage insights to drive new conversations online.
Optimize: Track social media performance analyze trends and adjust strategy to maximize engagement iterating swiftly to reach audiences effectively.
Moderate & Engage: Act as the brands voice on social platforms fostering relationships with audiences and influencers and moderate online communities as needed.
Experiment & Innovate: Stay on top of industry trends and test new formats platforms and approaches to drive growth.

5 years of experience in social media management content marketing or a related role.
Proven track record of growing brand awareness and engagement through organic social strategies.
Strong writing and storytelling skills with experience crafting engaging social content.
Familiarity with performance analytics and the ability to leverage data for content optimization.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
Experience in real estate fintech or a startup environment is a plus.
We are an earlystage startup and our compensation is commensurate with our stage size and level of investment. In accordance with New York City law the base salary range for this role if filled within New York City is $. The salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired in another location. We also believe that your personal needs and preferences should be taken into consideration so we allow some choice between equity and cash.
