Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive at METAMORFS you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Staffing & Managed Services by expanding our client base. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities within the staffing industry.

New Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients within the industry including businesses seeking temporary permanent or contract Staffing & offering range of Managed Services.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities to position METAMORFS as a leading staffing solutions provider.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and generate referrals. Anticipate and respond to their needs to ensure client satisfaction.
Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements and pain points to provide tailored staffing solutions that address their specific needs delivering valueadded services and fostering longterm partnerships.
Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations showcasing the unique value proposition of METAMORFS and our comprehensive suite of staffing services.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both METAMORFS and the client.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to ensure a seamless transition from client acquisition to candidate placement.
Sales Metrics: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets closely monitoring and reporting progress against key performance indicators.
Networking and Industry Events: Represent METAMORFS at industry events trade shows and networking functions to enhance our brand visibility and expand professional networks.
