Technology Skills: Knowledge of basic PC and telephone use. Able to utilize current WRHS EHR and Scheduling Modules. Able to utilize current WRHS EHR for nonemergent communication with nursing staff and providers. Answers telephone in a courteous professional and timely manner.
Knowledge of general WRHS information and resources to assist patients with directions and questions.
Collects all pertinent patient information demographics and insurance information at time of appointment scheduling. Assists in the collection of medical records according to procedural processes.
Registers patients for lab and radiology according to order and procedural processes.
Assists with high quality health programs such as wellness and preventative processes.
Assists with patient noshows cancellations Assists with Care Messaging and followup processes in a timely manner.
Reviews daily and weekly schedules for accuracy of scheduled appointments.
