Our facility is known for its championship legacy professional coaching staff and commitment to fostering confidence discipline and teamwork in every athlete.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Team Gymnastics Coach to work with our Compulsory Xcel or PreTeam athletes. You will be responsible for developing skills and confidence in gymnasts while creating a positive motivating and structured training environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach gymnasts in Compulsory Xcel and PreTeam levels focusing on skill development strength flexibility and technique.
- Plan and execute lesson plans tailored to the needs and goals of each team and individual gymnast.
- Develop and refine routines for competitions ensuring proper progression and readiness.
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to athletes during practices and competitions.
- Foster a positive team environment that promotes confidence sportsmanship and a love for gymnastics.
- Communicate effectively with athletes parents and fellow coaches regarding progress goals and expectations.
- Ensure safety standards are met at all times in the gym.
What Were Looking For:
- Previous coaching experience with competitive gymnastics teams particularly in the USAG Compulsory and Xcel levels.
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics skills progressions and spotting techniques.
- Passion for working with athletes and helping them grow both in and out of the gym.
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to create a positive and encouraging training environment.
- Availability for weekday evening practices and weekend competitions as needed.
