We are looking for a parttime Conseiller de Vente for our Palais Royal store. As Conseiller de Vente at Acne Studios you will work collaboratively with your team to establish and nurture loyal and engaging customer relationships drive sales and positive business outcomes in which your service and attentiveness take center stage.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are working on a new project closely tied to the world of art and we are looking for a parttime position (Thursday to Sunday) your main contribution will be to care for our customers in the store and guide them throughout the entire customer cycle. We will provide you with training and coaching in luxury sales service and clienteling to ensure your success according to our cuttingedge approach to client experience. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by:
- Welcoming and guiding customers through a smooth customer cycle attending to all details and providing them with the bestinclass client experience
- Achieving sales & conversion
- Promote the artist & our magazine
- Recruiting customers
- Upholding administrative procedures and skillfully managing our inventory

- Interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent service
- Build strong relationships with customers
Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
- Previous customerfacing role within the retail or hospitality industry or art
- Proven ability to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service
- Customer relationship management (CRM) and clienteling
- Fluency in French & English is a prerequisite for this position (additional languages is a plus)
- Strong knowledge and passion for art with the ability to engage customers on this subject
