Job Description
Shift Leader
We have a parttime/fulltime opening for Shift Leaders. Papa Johns Shift Leaders assist the General Manager in managing all functions of a Papa Johns restaurant to ensure that highquality products and services are delivered to our customers to ensure restaurant profitability.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work various shifts per week including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work in our fastpaced multitasking environment.
- You must be able to lead a team of 8 up to 15 or more during a shift to ensure customers are well taken care of.
- Must be a teamoriented leader who instills pride and accountability in your team.
Responsibilities:
- Management of operations including the of all Company policies procedures programs and systems.
- Ensure compliance with all federal state and local laws and ethical business practices.
- Must be able to work long hours which is likely to include nights weekends and holidays.
- Demonstrates dependability and shows a sense of urgency about getting results.
- Cash management skills.
- High School diploma or GED.
Starting Pay: $13 an hour BASED ON EXPERIENCE
