Job Summary:
As a Support Coach you will help people with disabilities in a classroom or community setting. You will help individuals grow their skills and gain independence to the greatest extent possible.
- Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Wage: $17.00 per hour
How will you make a difference
As part of our team you will:
- Plan and deliver social and creative lessons and activities
- Provide opportunities for independence community integration and inclusion
- Coach and guide people with disabilities to reach their goals
- Grow and develop their social skills
What will you bring to Opportunity Partners
- A desire to make a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities!
- One year of experience in human services field preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have a valid MN drivers license
