We are an Independent Dealership with locations in Marietta and Kennesaw. As a Car Sales Consultant you are directly responsible for selling new and used cars providing our customers with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and achieving company sales goals. The Car Sales Consultant will interact directly with customers in person and virtually other Sales Consultants Sales Managers Finance Managers and the General Manager of the dealership. This is a nonsupervisory commissionbased position.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable safe driving record
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Must be at least eighteen years of age
Strong communication skills with both customers and company employees
Ability to speak multiple languages (Spanish) is a plus!
Persistent competitive and have a good work ethic.
Demonstrated commitment to customer service
Requires the ability to speak read and comprehend instructions short correspondence and policy documents as well as converse comfortably with customers
Computer literate and has basic math skills.
Previous sales experience preferred but not required
Be able to work in a fastpaced environment
Must be able to work a flexible schedule evenings and weekends
Must be able to pass preemployment screen (background)
In this role you will:
Conducts business in a professional and ethical manner
Follows company approach to selling (including but not limited to):
Greets customers with a welcoming attitude and listens to their needs
Describes operations and features of vehicles matching customers needs via inperson or virtually
Follow company test drive procedures (obtaining correct identification following test drive route etc.
Suggests optional equipment features warranties for customer to purchase
Correctly computes and quotes sales price
Works with finance team to obtain financing as needed
Completes all necessary paperwork
Arranges for delivery and registration of the vehicle
Addresses all customer concerns and ensures customer is satisfied
Maintains solid knowledge of brands and products; including features specifications pricing options and standard equipment
Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting through calls emails and social media.
Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads.
Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales.
Must be able to make an effective demonstration ride on a planned route
Develop and maintain future prospect and customer followup system
Participates in all required brand and company training
Utilizes and familiar with online digital retailing selling tools
May be required to use video tools to assist customers virtually with car buying process
In conjunction with the General Manager develops personal income goals consistent with company standards and develops a strategy to consistently meet those goals
Complies with company policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
