Job Description
Location: Auburn Hills MI

Job Description:
This role will be developing testing and implementing Custom Experience cards to replace existing business processes which are not SaaS compliant and unable to be moved into the SaaS environment. This may be the same functional role as the Colleague programmer above based on skill set but if that is the case the college must be told up front for planning purposes.
Responsible for developing testing and implementing Custom Experience cards to replace nonSaaS compliant business processes. These cards are essential for transitioning operations into the SaaS environment. If the role requires similar skills as the Colleague programmer the College must be informed upfront for planning purposes.
Detailed Duties:
- Custom Experience Card Development: Lead the development of Custom Experience cards tailored to the Colleges specific needs and requirements.
- Testing Management: Oversee the testing process to ensure the functionality reliability and compatibility of the Custom Experience cards.
- Implementation Oversight: Manage the implementation of Custom Experience cards ensuring a smooth transition from existing processes to the new solution.
- SaaS Compliance: Ensure that the developed cards comply with SaaS standards and requirements enabling seamless integration into the SaaS environment.
- Skill Set Alignment: Assess whether the Project Manager role aligns with the skill set of the Colleague programmer role. If they are similar communicate this upfront to facilitate effective planning and resource allocation.
- Collaboration with Colleague Programmer: If the roles overlap collaborate closely with the Colleague programmer to leverage shared expertise and optimize project outcomes.
- Clear Communication: Maintain transparent communication with the College regarding any overlap between roles and implications for project planning and .
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate any risks associated with the development testing and implementation of Custom Experience cards to ensure project success.
Projects:
- Transitioning Colleague from an OnPremise SQL to PostgreSQL SaaS environment to be hosted by Ellucian in AWS.
- In support of this project additional interim staffing or various functional roles within DevOps will be needed.
- INFOSILEM software implementation.
- Lifelong Learning Extended Education (Formerly Destiney One) software implementation for the Economic and Workforce Development Department.
- eLumens software implementation
