We are looking for a dynamic Global Director of Sales promoting our Luxury and Lifestyle brands in the Northern Europe. Primary focus on the United Kingdom Ireland and Scandinavia.
- Responsible for growing business from existing luxury partners (including consortia and travel advisors) and generating new business to maximize transient revenue profits and market share within the luxury & lifestyle segment
- Business development / prospecting in the region
- Actively engage with luxury travel agencies identifying new opportunities providing assistance training and overall support.
- Develop account strategy and activation roadmap marketing & sponsorship activities and client presentations
- Promote the Accor Preferred Partner program as well as the HERA Travel Advisor loyalty program in the region (enrollment training engagement initiatives)
- Develops and executes quarterly and annual account reviews and market action plans
- Provides expertise and support to hotels in developing luxury sales strategy for accounts and region.
- Maintain an uptodate database for newsletters distribution and communication.
- Actively research new B2B opportunities in driving revenue and brand awareness.
- Lead and participate in relevant tradeshows conventions famtrips and industry events
- Become a brand ambassador and embody Accors values in every clients or coworkers interaction
- Manages and optimizes budget approved for the region
- Engage on Social Media platforms and identify opportunities
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality sales.
- Bachelors degree in business hospitality or 5 years college degree or equivalent
- Expertise in International Luxury Hotel Programs & Luxury Consortias
- Excellent relations in the hotel/hospitality industry
- Fluent in English both written and verbal (knowledge of second language is a plus)
- Deep understanding of account management
- Knowledge and understanding of sales procedures associated with the hotel industry
- Strong IT skills (Office 365.
- Understand & promote all selling tools & loyalty programs
- Understand the fundamentals of implementing AI tools for project management workflows.
- Familiarity with basic AI applications in streamlining work processes.
- Experience with a hospitality CRM
- Focused analytical and goals driven individual
