SusieCakes has 26 bakery locations across CA TX and TN. Our bakeries are filled with the delicious tastes and sweet smells of cakes cupcakes cookies pies and bars all baked from scratch onsite daily using the freshest and finest ingredients.

In accordance with California law the expected salary range for this California position is between $19.00 and $21.00 an hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Tips: average $2$3 per hour
Full time: 3240 hours a week *weekend availability is a must

Our guest service team members will be responsible for greeting welcoming and connecting with our guests. They will maintain service quality standards by delivering premium guest service and treating each guest as a VIP. They will handle guest orders and transactions in an efficient and professional manner. They will perform guest service tasks and other duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- One year of experience in a customer service environment preferred
- Previous food handling experience in either the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work in crossfunctional roles as needed (frontofhouse & backofhouse)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Frequent walking kneeling bending and reaching overhead
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift move and carry up to 50 pounds
EDUCATION:
- A high school diploma or GED required
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Must be able to speak read and write English
