Job Description

Extended School Year Program Schedule OverviewProgram dates: July 1 2025 (Open House) July 7 through August 7 2025 Days & times of services: Monday Thursday 9am1pmKey Responsibilities:Review health records for all students.Assess and evaluate students health while at the ESY program as needed.Document first aid and illness care provided to staff and students; complete incident reports and maintain a health room activity log.Maintain First Aid supplies and equipment in appropriate locations.Utilize effective techniques to counsel students parents and school personnel and plan action for eliminating minimizing or accepting health problems.Administer medication as prescribed and approved.Communicate with staff and parents as necessary
