Job Description
Vactor is currently seeking an Intern in our Technical Writing department (English majors welcome to apply) for the summer of 2025. This is a great opportunity to gain hands on experience while applying what you have learned in school. These internships typically run from May through August.
Position Requirements:
College student preferably in junior or senior year of college pursuing a Technical Writing Degree or an English Degree.
Converting documentation into DITA format using Oxygen software
Collecting pictures for the manual and editing them as needed
Documenting process instructions for various tasks within the department
Proof reading and editing of various written documents
Also learn the basic operation of the big printing press
Salary Range for this position: $17$19 per hour
