Job Description
IRUBIS is a young growing biotechnology startup specializing in monitoring and control of bioprocesses. We are building a stateoftheart system Monipa to provide our biopharma customers with information about their bioprocesses in the lab in the office at home and at any time. Currently we are seeking an Engineer to bring our Monipa to new heights. Join IRUBIS and contribute to revolutionizing biopharmaceutical production!
Your tasks
- Development of algorithms to predict process parameters of bioprocesses
- Deploying maintaining and monitoring of models on our Monipa systems
- Managing analytical projects and specifying necessary resources for that
Your profile
- Excellent knowledge in Spectroscopy (preferably midinfrared) Statistics and Mathematics
- Experience with multivariate spectral data with focus on physicsbased analysis rather than classical machine learning
- Basic knowledge in Python especially NumPy and SciPy
- Passion for robust models in production
- Preferred qualifications: experience in agile software development and Git Version Control
- Work experience at least 2 years
- Proficient English language skills
