Job Description
Growing team of Neonatologists & Neonatology Nurse Practitioners located in the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area seeking a Board Certified NNP to join their collegiate team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Requirements
Masters Degree in Nursing
Masters Degree in Nursing
Candidates must be NNP Board Certified (cannot accept FNP PNP or any other NP certifications)
Providers with 2 years of NNP experience are highly preferred
Providers with 2 years of NNP experience are highly preferred
AZ License (or willing to obtain)
Practice Profile
Coverage is provided at three Level IIIIV NICUs which are all affiliated with highrisk delivery services and soon to be six (up from three) Level 2 Special Care Nurseries all in the Phoenix area.
Also provides services and two Level IIIa and two Level II nurseries throughout Arizona.
The NNPs work collaboratively with the Neonatologists to provide coverage to the delivery service as well as caring for all infants in the NICU.
NNPs will work the evening shift alongside a Neonatologist in the Level IIIIV NICUs.
Level II units are covered 24/7 with inhouse NNPs and Neonatologist daily rounds and inperson availability for emergencies.
The NNPs work a combination of 12 and 24shifts which can be varied to suit ones needs as well as the unit/team. The responsibility for attendance at delivery is shared with the Neonatologists.
No transport duties
