Are you a motivated and personable individual with a passion for fitness Unleash your sales superpowers and embark on an exhilarating fitness journey as a Sales Associate with Rumble Boxing McKinney!

As a Sales Associate you will play a vital role in driving new membership sales fostering meaningful relationships with potential members and ensuring a seamless sales process that results in membership conversions. Additionally you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support in retaining our valued existing members. Previous boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven track record of excellent sales communication and customer service skills. Ability to engage and connect with potential and existing customers.
  • A warm welcoming and engaging personality that creates a positive and inviting atmosphere for our members.
  • Goaloriented mindset with a proven ability to drive sales in memberships retail and private training.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to foster and maintain longlasting customer connections.
  • Selfmotivated individual who takes initiative and thrives in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment.
  • Proficiency in learning and utilizing the ClubReady software system
  • Exceptional communication skills across inperson phone and email interactions with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities enabling efficient management of tasks and responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to successful closure using effective strategies for prospecting followup and conversion.
  • Engage in special events such as health fairs grand openings marathons and other community events actively representing and promoting the studio to enhance its visibility and attract new members.
  • Maintain a consistently high level of personal sales production surpassing targets and contributing to the overall success of the studio.
  • Actively promote and reinforce the studios mission as a leading provider of fitness and wellness services
  • Present and showcase the range of services and offerings available to current and prospective members highlighting their benefits and tailoring recommendations to individual needs.
  • Proactively schedule and book highquality appointments demonstrating a proactive approach to achieving monthly sales quotas.
  • Take ownership of personal professional development continually refining and honing selling skills through ongoing training and selfimprovement initiatives.
  • Capture visually appealing photographs for use on social media platforms contributing to the studios online presence and marketing efforts.
