As a fulltime employee of Contour Airlines:

- You are eligible to receive paid sick leave. You can accrue up to 56 hours per year which will roll over each year until your sick bank reaches 480 hours.

- You are eligible for nonrevenue/space available (NRSA) travel privileges after completing six active months of service.
- You are eligible for a variety of leaves of absence including medical leave nonmedical leave for the care of a family member maternity leave paternity leave personal leave etc. Specific information regarding Contour Airlines leave of absence policy is outlined in our Employee Handbook which will be provided to you during the onboarding process should you be selected for employment.
Additional information:
- The starting annual salary for this position is between $90000.00 and $105000.00 depending on your prior work experience. Each year and based on your job performance you are eligible to receive an increase of 2.50 or more.
- You are eligible to receive a signing bonus of $5000.00

Summary of Essential Duties:
- Monitor all MEL and deferred maintenance items coordinating the timely compliance with the Maintenance Planning Department.
- Monitor staffing levels and make recommendations on needed changes.
- Effective scheduling and coordination of internal support services (avionics sheet metal NDT etc. as required.
- Be responsible for training/retraining of Maintenance Controllers.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the Maintenance Controllers
- Coordinate material and tooling requirements.
- Communicate to various departments and leadership timely and accurate maintenance statuses for the fleet of aircraft.
- Monitor safe work practices environmental compliance and proper housekeeping.
- Forecast and coordinate the scheduling of shortterm maintenance requirements on Company operated or managed aircraft.
- Monitors maintenance performance of all scheduled aircraft operations.
- Coordinates with Dispatch concerning all maintenance irregularities that affect the dispatching of aircraft.
- Responsible for the proper administration of MEL/CDL/NEF procedures as established in the Contour General Maintenance Manual (GMM).
- Coordinates with line maintenance contract maintenance or oncall maintenance as necessary to ensure mechanical irregularities are corrected in accordance with the procedures established in the Corporate Flight Management General Maintenance Manual (GMM).
- Ensures data in the pilot reports ferry flights SDR delays and cancellations etc. is recorded accurately into the applicable maintenance system (FOS Veryon etc..
- Confirms all work performed on Company aircraft is accomplished by qualified authorized and approved personnel.
- Ensures OntheJob Training (OJT) is conducted and documented for Maintenance Controllers.
- Performs additional tasks as specified in the CASS/Reliability section of the Corporate Flight Management General Maintenance Manual (GMM).
- Suggest changes to the Company Manual Systems as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 23 years of age.
- Airframe and Powerplant license required.
- Completion of formal aircraft maintenance training for large turbine powered airplanes
- Minimum of seven 7 years of experience as an aircraft mechanic and/or inspector for large multiengine jet aircraft
- Minimum of five 5 years of maintenance experience on the (Bombardier Canadair Regional Jet 200 (CRJ) fleet type) or (Embraer 135 ER/LR Embraer 145 LR or Embraer Legacy 600.
- Experience in airline daytoday maintenance operations preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent working knowledge of aircraft systems components and methods
- Understands OEM technical data manuals and how to quickly obtain needed information and procedures
- Must have experience and be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel Word Outlook inventory software and tracking systems.
- Able to pass a required 10year work history review and submit to criminal background and fingerprint checks.
- Must pass a DOT required preemployment drug screen and willing to submit to and pass FAA and Company mandated random drug and alcohol tests.
- Authorized by law to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States.
- Must have a valid driver license and a good driving record.
- Possess polished and professional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a customeroriented mindset.
- Possess strong leadership interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Must have welldeveloped people skills and the ability to work with a variety of personalities.

- Willing to accept base assignment in Smyrna/Nashville TN area.
- Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including OSHA EPA state and federal regulations.
