The Recruiter will lead all recruiting activities. This individual will work directly with the CEO to provide topquality staffing solutions and problemsolving to deliver results.The ideal candidate will develop external recruiting strategies and execute those strategies to meet the organizations staffing demand. This individual will also be accountable for the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to hiring candidates who best fit the company culture and be responsible for delivering the highestqualitytalent.
Responsibilities:
Candidate sourcing deliver a pipeline of qualified candidates for hire.
Recruiting Strategy: Collaborate with recruiting managers and peers to develop and implement costeffective sourcing strategies that deliver recruiting results.
Candidate management: developing and executing sourcing plans to identify and recruit mortgage professionals and developing relationships with qualified candidates to facilitate the interview process.
Administrative tasks adhere to the required process policies and compliance steps (OFCCP).
Project Management organize and manage recruiting events and other Ad Hoc Project work as needed
Basic Qualifications:
At least a High School diploma GED or military experience
At least three years experience with full life cycle recruiting
At least one year experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
At least two years experience recruiting in Mortgage
Excellent base and commission structure.
