Job Description
PHYSICAL THERAPIST NEW ALBANY MISSISSIPPI and PONTOTOC MS FULLTIME
Continuum Rehab Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist to work fulltime with our therapy TEAMS at skilled nursing facilities in New Albany Mississippi and Pontotoc Mississippi. Are YOU available to work with our TEAM
This role is unique in that we are seeking one individual to split a fulltime workload at 2 different SNFs.

- Must have current unrestricted professional license to practice
- Graduate from a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association with a Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Must possess excellent organizational time management oral and written communication skills
