Your Role:
As a valued member of our team you will:
- Provide Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Create individualized care plans for each treatment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care.
- Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support.
- Utilize a stateoftheart EMR for documentation reporting and data collection.
- Comply with all federal state and insurancebased rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy.
