Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit train and develop a highperforming sales team.
- Set and achieve sales goals through coaching and mentorship.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Conduct professional presentations and demonstrations of used vehicles.
- Provide training and support to sales staff assisting in closing deals.
- Overcome objections close sales and ensure adherence to company standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven dealership and management experience.
- Strong leadership and training abilities.
- High energy goaloriented personality with excellent negotiation skills.
- Exceptional customer service communication and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in basic math and computer applications.
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license.
