Job Description
As a Site engineer you will be responsible for planning coordinating and overseeing the progress of major projects executed by KONE in Greece specifically in Athens. You will lead a team of subcontractors ensuring efficient and effective project . Your primary objective will be to ensure that the projects are completed according to specifications on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor project progress identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them
- Collaborate with the Project Manager Main Contractor and other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Maintain accurate records of project activities including progress reports work schedules and quality control measures
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Resolve technical issues and provide technical guidance to the project team
Requirements:
- University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction specifically in project and site management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels
- Attention to details and a proactive approach to problemsolving
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and industry best practices
- Fluency in English
