Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

2 years of experience conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and related due diligence activities.

A degree in Geology Engineering Environmental Science or a related field.

Strong critical thinking and technical writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing projects and leading teams.

Expertise in areas such as natural resources wetlands and ecological assessments.

Familiarity with Brownfield sites.

Experience collaborating with real estate professionals on fastpaced quickturnaround projects.

Familiarity with complex industrial and commercial sites presenting significant development challenges.

Experience with asbestos mold leadbased paint inspections and reporting (North Carolina Asbestos Inspector Certification preferred)
