At Axia Recruitment we are proud to be exclusively partnering with St Lukes and are looking for a Marketing Specialist whos eager to grow take ownership and gain exposure to every aspect of marketing. This is the perfect role for someone with a couple of years experience or a recent graduate ready to dive in contribute and make an impact within a purposedriven organisation.
Youll be working closely with experienced marketing professionals engaging with stakeholders communications supporting events and managing digital and brand activities. This is ahandson role where youll gain full exposure to the entire marketing function from campaign and social media to branding and member engagement. What Youll Be Doing:
- Get involved in endtoend marketing campaigns across digital print and traditional media
- Assist with social media management including content creation and community engagement
- Work on brand strategy ensuring consistency across all marketing activities
- Support internal and external stakeholder engagement building strong relationships
- Assist in event coordination and sponsorship activities
- Monitor and report on competitor activity bringing insights to the team
- Work on website updates and marketing collateral to keep content fresh and relevant
- Support the marketing team with ad hoc projects gaining broad industry experience
What Were Looking For:
- A recent graduate or someone with 13 years of marketing experience
- A gogetter whos keen to get stuck into every aspect of marketing
- Strong writing skills and a creative mindset for content creation
- Confidence in building relationships and engaging with stakeholders
- A natural problem solver who thrives in a fastpaced environment
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing Communications or a related field
- Bonus points for experience with CRM systems social media platforms or Adobe Suite (InDesign)
