What youll be doing:
- Leading the Team: Supervise and coordinate all service shop activities ensuring work is completed on time and to OEM standards.
- Mentorship: Provide leadership training and mentorship to service technicians fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Technical Expertise: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical electrical and hydraulic issues to assist technicians with complex repairs.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality control checks on completed repairs before releasing equipment to customers.
- Customer Interaction: Assist with customer inquiries and provide technical support as needed.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: Minimum X years in a service shop environment with at least X years in a leadership role.
- Technical KnowHow: Strong technical knowledge of Hyundai brand
- Certifications: ASE certification OEM certifications or equivalent credentials preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problemsolving organizational and communication skills.
- TechSavvy: Proficiency in using service software diagnostic tools and computer systems.
- Safety Compliance: Strong commitment to workplace safety and best practices.
