Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced HW Design & Development Engineer preferably with automotive industry background to join our expanding team in Poland. As an HW Design & Development Engineer you will be responsible for the development design simulation and testing of electronic schematics for automotive rear lamps. Your key responsibilities include:

• Adhering to agreed guidelines and process workflows while managing development tasks work packages and roles.
• Defining customized HW designs (architecture) and internal specifications in line with customer requirements.
• Collaborating with SW designers to ensure successful architecture implementation.
• Participating in the tool chain design process and standard design maintenance for continuous improvement.
• Engaging in Safety relevant activities such as FMEA verification and testing.
• Participating in design reviews and system validation processes.
• Defining project specifications and creating project HW documentation according to AL rules and standards.
• Achieving assigned objectives and collaborating with HW Designers Leader and electronic team members.

Daily Activities:

• Developing customer projectspecific hardware solutions.
• Managing changes and tracking bugs throughout the development process.
• Testing HW designs and conducting electrical simulations (Spice) to ensure functionality and performance.
• Generating the necessary documentation required for project .
• Addressing customer requests and implementing agreedupon requirements.
• Participating in design reviews to ensure alignment with project goals and standards.
• Engaging in architectural design and FuSa related activities to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics or related field.
• Experience in hardware development preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in design tools simulation software and testing methodologies relevant to electronic schematics development.
• Familiarity with safety standards and processes including FMEA and verification testing.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Detailoriented with a focus on achieving objectives and meeting project deadlines.
