What Youll Do
As a General Superintendent you will provide overall leadership for field operations ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and monitor project ensuring adherence to schedules safety protocols and quality expectations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and architects to foster trust and repeat business.
Recruit mentor and develop field staff including Superintendents Assistant Superintendents Field Engineers and Project Engineers.
Provide expert guidance on materials sequencing scheduling and personnel management.
Actively contribute to business development and preconstruction planning.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 15 years in general contracting with a proven track record of successful data center or mission critical project leadership.
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and manage highperforming teams.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of construction processes scheduling and budgeting.
ProblemSolving Mindset: Confident decisionmaking and strategic thinking.
Communication Excellence: Strong ability to engage with clients stakeholders and internal teams.
