Overview
Being an Associate at Moorhouse
As we continue to grow and respond to our everchanging client needs we become increasingly more agile in the way we build our consulting teams. Therefore we are looking to grow our associate network to enable us to successfully do this.
We can offer you interesting and varied engagements without the wider commitments of a permanent position. You will playa fundamental role in helping our clients turn strategy into action.
We only recruit the very best and we are focused on maintaining our highquality bar thus we put all our associates through an assessment process. We recognise that there are many experienced consultants who are looking for interesting engagements on a contract basis. If this applies to you scroll down.

Essential skills
Key Capabilities for the role:
- Strategic Vision and MVP CoDesign
- Ability to develop and articulate clear strategic visions and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for innovative healthcare initiatives such as patient digital front doors and electronic patient record systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively to codesign visions and MVPs with operational and clinical healthcare staff to ensure ideas are grounded in realworld workflows constraints and priorities.
- User Research and UserCentred Design
- Ability to conduct user research to identify pain points clarify requirements and inform pathway and solution concepts and design.
- Ability to use design thinking methodologies to develop test and iterate MVPs and patient and staff journeys
- Ability to provide leadership and oversight of integrating usercentred outputs and findings into plans and roadmaps ensuring a usercentricity is embedded into future delivery phases

We are looking to work with associates with significant consultancy experience and specifically those who have a track record of supporting clients to deliver transformational change programmes. We pride ourselves in working collaboratively with our clients and leaving a legacy of increased skills and capability once we have finished what we have been engaged to do.
Key Experience
- Healthcare: Experience working on usercentered digital transformation programs within healthcare environments.
- Strategic Acumen: Ability to develop multistranded strategic visions and MVPs that address diverse clinical operational and technological needs.
- UserCentred Design: Demonstrated success in applying usercentred design methods and principles in a programmatic structure conducting user research developing service blueprints and journeys and integrating feedback into strategic and solution deliverables
- Technical Knowledge: Desirable familiarity with electronic patient record systems (in particular Epic) and digital triage solutions
