Keystone Resort Property Management serves the homeowners and guests of over1000contracted shortterm rentaland homecare residences.TheSenior Front Office Manager oversees Front DeskPBX/Guest Services Expeditor and NightOperationsmanagement and staff to maximize revenues and profitability while ensuring outstanding homeowner and guest service and satisfaction and adherence to standards. The Senior Manager strives to maximize room revenue & room nights for eachproperty while ensuring safety & environmental consciousness of all employees & guests.

Essential job duties include:

  • Recruit interview hire train develop motivate delegate to and discipline management team
  • Maintain and continuously improve arrival departure and all other front office guest service standards to meet or exceed expectations.
  • Develop maintain and continually improve systems that create clear communication and teamwork throughout areas of responsibility and across other departments.
  • Oversee labor and expenses in areas of responsibility while ensuring adequate staffing and supply levels.
  • Assist with development of revenue labor expense and capital budgeting.
  • Responsible for documentation of duties and tasks and reporting appropriate issues pertaining to guests employees and property to department heads. Keep proper files of incidents pertaining to but not limited to guest incidents unit damages property damages and employee incidents.
  • Overseepropertymanagementinventory to maximize revenues.Work closely withConference Sales & Servicesto coordinate group activities and with reservations to ensure accuracy. Communicate all specials promotions and packages to staff as necessary.
  • Foster and reinforce partnership betweenFront Officeand critical internal departments especially Housekeeping and Property Management.
  • Oversee maintenance ofaccurate guest and group accounts. Reconcile daily transactions for room charges and ensure compliance with all cash handling and other accounting procedures.
  • Drive Market Metrics guest satisfaction scores for both FIT and Group guests.
  • Oversee capital projects.
  • Participate on departmental and company teams projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Administration or similar
  • 5 years in hospitality management role
  • 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite of products; LMS and PeopleSoft knowledge preferred
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Flexible schedule including weekends nights and holidays
