Job Description

Are you a physician ready to lead a clinical team while delivering outstanding patient care This Center Medical Director role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact through mentorship clinical excellence and collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care set the standard for clinical excellence and ensure a superior patient experience.Mentor and support clinical staff leading by example and fostering professional growth.Collaborate with leadership to enhance clinical workflows safety and overall center performance.Develop and maintain relationships with employers payers and community partners to drive growth and engagement.Support staffing adjustments and ensure compliance with operational workflows.Engage in quality improvement initiatives and align with organizational goals for patient and client satisfaction.QualificationsMedical degree (MD/DO) with an active unrestricted medical license and DEA registration.CMS registration and DOT/FMCSA certification (preferred or obtained during credentialing).Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise evaluate and coach a multidisciplinary team.Exceptional patientfocused care customer service and bedside manner.Ability to make informed decisions prioritize tasks and maintain a collaborative team environment.Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information (including HIPAA compliance).Why Join Our Client This role offers the opportunity to influence healthcare outcomes and enhance workplace wellness.
