Position Summary

Were seeking a creative and technicallyminded Junior Prompt Engineer to join our marketing agency. In this role youll help develop and optimize AIassisted workflows that enhance our marketing operations and client deliverables.

What Youll Do

• Design test and refine prompts for various AI models to support marketing workflows
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand their needs and develop AIassisted solutions
• Document prompt engineering best practices and maintain prompt libraries
• Monitor and analyze AI output quality and consistency
• Help integrate AI tools into existing marketing processes

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Mathematics or Business (analytical focus)
• Understanding of AI language models and prompt engineering fundamentals
• Basic programming knowledge (Python preferred)
• Strong written communication skills
• Analytical mindset and problemsolving ability
• Some marketing experience or demonstrated interest in marketing concepts
• Strong creative thinking abilities to develop innovative prompts
• Persistence and patience for iterative testing and refinement
• Genuine enthusiasm and passion for AI technology and its applications

• Experience with digital marketing concepts and tools
• Previous internship or project experience with AI/ML
• Knowledge of SEO content marketing or social media marketing

How We Work

This role requires two inoffice days per week with three days inoffice during the threemonth orientation period. Fully remote work is not available for this position.
