Beach Automotive is currently looking for a parts delivery driver to add to our team. Looking for a team player who is selfmotivated to deliver automotive parts to local repair facilities within the local region. This position will be part time working 2 days a week potentially filling in when needed.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Pulling/picking parts for orders based on invoices/pick tickets.
- Load/unload delivery vehicles with parts identified for customers.
- Deliver and pick up parts to and from customers ensuring accuracy of items delivered.
- Handle returns picked up from customers ensuring proper paperwork is provided.
- Operate delivery vehicles in a safe manner.
- Keep delivery vehicles clean and in good running condition notifying management of any damage or services needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance of ones self and parts dept.
- Communicate with customers and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned
*Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a valid drivers license with a clean record.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Able to climb ladder to pull parts.
