Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support:
- Schedule estimators to meet with clients at their home
- Answer calls distribute messages and follow up.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist in problemsolving and customer service solutions.
- Document and communicate customer issues.
Recruitment Support:
- Posting job openings on various platforms
- Screening resumes and candidate applications
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
- Conducting reference checks
- Preparing offer letters and employment contracts
Employee Onboarding:
- Gathering necessary documents for new hires
- Scheduling orientation sessions and training
- Setting up employee accounts on company systems
Employee Records Management:
- Maintaining accurate employee files and databases
- Updating employee information with changes in personal details or employment status
- Processing time off requests
Administrative Tasks:
- Answering employee inquiries regarding HR policies benefits and procedures
- Handling employee leave requests and tracking time off
- Preparing reports and presentations for HR management
- Managing employee recognition programs
Compliance Support:
- Ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations
- Maintaining employee confidentiality
- Assisting with I9 form completion and verification
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Background in construction/trades industry preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
- HRIM experience (BambooHR preferred)
- Detailoriented with high accuracy in data entry
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required Associates degree in Human Resources preferred
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in an administrative role preferably within HR
