Paraplanner

The Keever Group prioritizes delivering exceptional financial advice and personalized service to our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Paraplanner to support our team and contribute to our clients financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Placing Trades: Execute trades accurately and efficiently on behalf of our clients.
• Rebalancing: Monitor and rebalance client portfolios to maintain alignment with investment strategies.
• Meeting Participation: Attend client meetings take comprehensive notes and ensure followup actions are documented and addressed.
• Meeting Preparation: Assist in preparing materials and agendas for client meetings to ensure productive and informed discussions.
• Opportunity Identification: Develop and implement a system to identify new opportunities and enhance client portfolios.
• Client Interaction: Gradually take on direct client interactions and meetings providing highquality service and support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics or a related field.
• Series 7 Series 66 and Life & Health required or obtained within six months.
• Relevant experience in financial planning investment management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment strategies.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting at $70000$80000 per year with bonus potential and growth opportunities.
• Competitive benefits package: a 401k with a match PTO and paid holidays.
• This position does not offer health insurance but offers a Health Insurance stipend of $300 per month.
