SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Sales/Business Executive profile is a fulltime Business development role within the Sona Fine Corporation. Working in conjunction with Branch head and working on BD profile back support and marketing teams together with other members of the Senior Leadership and Management Team to coordinate and ensure the implementation of agreed strategies in order to ensure the growth of the company.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development Executive Job Responsibilities:

a. Overall: Business development & Key account management

b. Establish & maintain productive business relationships with the existing customers.

c. Ensure expansion of business with the customers by getting repeat/new orders

d. Ability to understand & articulate customers requirements & expectations and settle terms & conditions in favour of the business

e. Approach potential customers forthe aim of customer base expansion

f. Ensure effectiveimplementation of promotional activities

g. Pricing the product andfollow upin order to get the business to the company

h. Ensure timely clearanceof all the dues

i. Efficiently coordinate with the team involved in of the order.

j. Provide first hand resolution to the customers complaintswith the focus on customer satisfaction.

k. Capable of maintaining reports for evaluation

Eligibility Criteria for BDE:

a. Qualification: Any graduate / MBA

b. Work Experience: Preferable 1 year of business development experience in paper or packaging industry/any B2B industry (B2B from Paper Industry shall be more preferable)

c. GOOD English COMMUNICATIONSKILLS

d. Comfortable in travelling locally & outstations (optional)

e. Travel Yes 80 of the time

f.Locations: New Delhi Mumbai Bangalore Chennai Hyderabad Jaipur Ahmedabad and Pune
