We are seeking a Financial Analyst specializing in IT financial management to join our Global Engineering (GE) Business Office in Newark NJ NYC or Edgewood NY. The ideal candidate is businessminded financially literate analytical proactive intellectually curious and technically savvy with expertise in financial reporting and processes. You will collaborate with the GE Chief of Staff the GE Business Office the GE CTO and global teams across IT HR Finance Legal and other business units. Your primary responsibilities will include financial modeling and analysis for the GE organization assessing internal financial information and creating forecasts for future financial goals. You will also evaluate potential investment opportunities analyze the impact of financial transactions and develop models for budgets business cases and financial improvements.
In this role you will play a crucial part in streamlining financial processes for vendor management creating purchase orders processing invoices and gathering data to support financial models. These models will inform datadriven business and technology decisions by the GE Technology leadership. Under the strategic guidance of the GE CTO who is responsible for delivering an effective technical strategy to meet business outcomes you will help design and implement global processes metrics and governance oversight. Your insights will ensure adherence to processes and budgets while supporting optimal human capital technology and financial decisions to exceed client expectations and achieve organizational goals.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work remote.
